How is your heart? Let’s check in on how you feel in the sunshine?
Wow! this week in Atlanta calls for sunshine daily and it totally effects my mood ! It’s one of the reasons my new logo has a ☀️ in it.
It’s also because “everything starts with the sun” aka the wood in your house came from a tree which grew because of the sun. Or your clothes made by cotton from a seed that needed sun in order to blossom. Same goes with your health or wellness business. It needs light and water to help it grow and I would love to be your conscious consultant to support it!
The sun is super powerful. And the best part is even if we don’t see it, we know it’s still there. I recently was at the Philip Frost Science Museum in Miami and watched a fascinating movie in the Planetarium all about climate change. They really made a point to show how easily Earth can be inhabitable if it continues on the path its on(the path WE are on). We don’t want to end up like our sister planet Venus.
The sun represents life and is known to represent energy, power, positivity, and clarity.
The sun is can be a metaphor for life and relationships. It’s full of fire and can burn us yet we crave it and want to touch it(perhaps reminds you of a relationship you’ve been in or are currently in)?
Plato uses the image of the sun to help define the true meaning of the Good. The Good "sheds light" on knowledge so that our minds can see true reality. Without the Good, we would only be able to see with our physical eyes and not the "mind's eye". The sun bequeaths its light so that we may see the world around us.

Tips, tools, and techniques to revere the sun:
-morning sun salutation(asana)
-create a diorama of the sun and the earth take time to be creative with it
-Earth’s magnetosphere protects us from the sun, let’s do our part with reducing, reusing, + recycling
-take a 5 minute walk in the sun when possible
-Vitamin D helps with immunity
-Sunshine during the day regulates your circadian rhythm and will help with melatonin to aid in better sleep
-attend outdoor events when possible
