SETTLE, an immersive session, created by Jess Pfeffer is designed to help individuals who are navigating stress, anxiety, or emotional turbulence—whether in daily life, during difficult conversations, or within challenging experiences—by creating space for a mindful, embodied practice of "settling.”
Through an interactive experience combining journaling, sound, somatic movements, and breathwork, Jess will share tools to use in your daily life IE during traffic!

Jess is a certified yoga teacher, with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and English. She leverages her expertise in counseling and yoga to infuse her events with mindfulness, creativity, and positivity, as well as to offer coaching and wellness services to her clients. Jess is passionate about helping people achieve personal and professional growth, happiness, and balance through holistic event planning.
